My art law practice primarily focuses on helping artists negotiate contracts such as consignment agreements, licensing agreements, and artist-gallery representation agreements, collaborative artistic efforts, art in public places, and contracts involving performance and display. I help artists protect copyright, moral rights, and Lanham Act rights. While living in Washington, D.C., I authored a model “Artist / Galley Consignment Agreement” that was disseminated by Washington Area Lawyers for the Arts. I am currently an attorney member of California Lawyers for the Arts, and am involved in artist advocacy.
